What D-Flex users say...
Blake - Illinois, USA - 9ft #5/6
"Just returned from Northern Canada fishing for Walleye, Northerns and my favorite, Lake Trout. It was far too windy most days, but got to use the D-Flex on Northerns. Sadly I had no camera that day, however my fears of the rod being too light were not founded, it stood up under fall feeding Northerns as I caught several in the 40"+ size and one at 46". It sure does not beat you up casting, a big improvement from other rods."
Tom - Farnham, UK - 9ft #5/6
"Since receiving the rod I have used it about ten times on the River Test and a couple of stillwaters. I have also let a professional guide have a few casts with it. All of us are very impressed, particularly how light it is and how well it casts. I am using it with a 5wt floating line. If I have one comment, there is no hook loop to store a fly when moving around. Other than that I am impressed!"
John - Kent, UK - 10ft #7/8
"Having had a few hours on the water with my 10ft D-Flex Hyperlite RLX, I can report that it is a great purchase! The rod is a delight to use and physically very friendly on the arm but also on my back, which is a huge bonus. My casting is sort of average, good and bad days. With the D-Flex rod I find that similar distances can be easily reached with a forward roll and a single false cast as with numerous (possible excessive) back casts"
David - Essex, UK - 10ft #7/8
"I have been out on a stillwater this weekend and used the D-Flex rod with the 8 weight line you recommended for the first time. With great anticipation I made my first cast and WOW, I hit the middle of the lake! I had achieved what I was hoping for with the purchase. The new rod and line have added a new dimension to my fishing, all I have to do now is catch a fish!"
